What You'll Do:</b>
</p><ul><li>Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and/or staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site leadership and/or public services as required.</li>
<li>Monitor entrances, sales floor activity, and back-of-house areas, observing for suspicious behavior, theft-related activity, and/or access control concerns.</li>
<li>Complete security-related reports and logs, document observations and actions taken, and communicate key information during shift briefings and/or handoffs.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>Be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li>
<li>Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Loss prevention experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>

Enter new projects into HH2 once they are activated in NetSuite, including assigning appropriate cost codes.</div></li><li><div>

Accounts Payable Coordination (Stampli)</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Ensure all invoices received via email or mail are forwarded to the Accounts Payable department for upload into Stampli.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor the TXX queue in Stampli daily and route invoices to the appropriate approvers with accurate job numbers and cost codes.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>

Assist Project Managers with job setup and logistical needs, including:</div></li><li><ul><li><div>
Sourcing affordable housing for out-of-town projects within budget estimates</div></li><li><div>

Office Operations</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Coordinate office maintenance services such as cleaning, waste management, and alarm system setup in accordance with lease requirements.</div></li><li><div>
Manage office service payments and maintain service records.</div></li><li><div>
Assist Project Managers (PMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) with administrative documentation, including:</div></li><li><ul><li><div>
