The bulk of our cases are class actions or mass arbitrations, but we handle a number of individual matters as well. The cases are complex - they range from RICO lawsuits targeting the &ldquo;free trial scam&rdquo; to mass arbitrations against online car sellers who won&rsquo;t give people the titles to their cars.

 We&rsquo;re looking for talented people who are passionate about doing fulfilling, interesting work.  We&rsquo;re looking for someone with civil litigation experience who can take over cases and handle them with minimal supervision. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York. 
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.</li>
<li>Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.</li>
<li>Experience in New York State and federal courts.</li>
<li>Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.</li>
<li>Experience drafting and arguing motions.</li>
<li>Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions.</li>
<li>Experience with real estate and finance matters preferred.</li>
<li>Trial experience a plus but not required.</li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $250,000 - $290,000.</li>
