Qualifications and Skills
Physical Requirements:

<div>The Valet Operations Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer/client&rsquo;s expectations. <div>The Valet Front Door Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of valet services at the front entrance of the hotel. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. </li><li>The employee is frequently required to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc., move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, traverse flat and uneven terrain, work in an overhead position and/or reaching, adjust or move objects of 100+ lbs. in all directions, lifting and placing objects of 100+ lbs., communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned, identify and inspect objects and areas, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals, and able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (on-call property emergencies).</li><li>
The employee occasionally remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li></ul>

Salary Range: $25 per hour to $27 per hour
