<p><strong>Logistics Operations Manager – Refrigerated Transport</strong><br /><br /><strong>Job Overview</strong><br />On behalf of a confidential client, a prominent organisation within the logistics sector, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead their refrigerated transport division. This is a <strong>Full-Time</strong> position based in <strong>Jeddah, Saudi Arabia</strong>. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cold chain logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and safe transportation of temperature-sensitive goods. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of fleet management, route optimisation, and the specific regulations governing refrigerated transport.</p><p><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the refrigerated transport fleet and associated logistics activities.<br />- Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve service levels, and reduce costs.<br />- Ensure strict adherence to all transportation, health, and safety regulations, with a particular focus on maintaining the integrity of the cold chain.<br />- Oversee route planning, vehicle scheduling, and driver management to ensure optimal resource utilisation.<br />- Monitor the performance and maintenance of the refrigerated vehicle fleet, coordinating repairs and servicing to minimise downtime.<br />- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.<br />- Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and prepare regular reports for senior management.<br />- Provide strong leadership, training, and development for the logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.<br /><br /><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong><br />- Proven experience in a senior logistics or supply chain role, with demonstrable expertise in refrigerated or cold chain transport.<br />- In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, and the regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia.<br />- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.<br />- High proficiency in using logistics management software and transportation management systems (TMS).<br />- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.<br />- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.<br />- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.<br /><br /><strong>Benefits</strong><br />- A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.<br />- The opportunity to hold a key leadership position within a dynamic and growing logistics operation.</p>

Responsibilities</b></div>

<li>Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing them with an excellence service in accordance to the &ldquo;client journey ceremony&rdquo;;</li>
<li>Be driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store;</li>
<li>Be driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service;</li>
<li>Demonstrate an excellence knowledge of the products as well as Prada / Miu Miu history, culture and DNA;</li>
<li>Capture Customer data into the Company CRM with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationships to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities;</li>
<li>Follow up with the Clients, using the CRM tools, in order to strengthen thelong term relationship with clients;</li>
</ul><ul><li>Host and conduct appointments either in presence or leveraging technology to do virtual appointments;</li>
<li>Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset;</li>
<li>Build and maintain an ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantly informed on fashion trends and competitors, with the purpose to be able to discuss them with the clients and to give advises;</li>
<li>Take ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary;</li>
<li>Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the Products;</li>
<li>Utilize Company digital tools actively to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience;</li>
<li>Work in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and maintaining an organized stock room;</li>
<li>Act in compliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines and stock procedures, as well as security, cash activity, inventory, logistics and all main reporting activities requested by head office, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are proactively executed;</li>
<li>Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversity and inclusion values.</li>
