 Qualifications

 7 years of warehouse or distribution experience
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office suite proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in industrial products, manufacturing, or supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP systems experience, Epicor preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory management system experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and leadership skills
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High school diploma required
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;4-year degree preferred
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must demonstrate leadership skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment (must like dogs)
 
 </li>
