Handling the CRM System in related to the supervised contracts and ensuring all issues are addressed, identified and solved.</p></li><li><p>
Assists the Engineering team in managing the works, and ensuring the works conform to the requirements of the project.</p></li><li><p>
Can also undertake a wide range of skilled construction task including maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, and/or air conditioning facilities and equipment.</p></li><li><p>
Record inspections, test, work executed etc.</p></li><li><p>

Reporting of all activities to superiors</p></li><li><p>
Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site as required by the Resident Engineer and Project Safety Representative.</p></li><li><p>

Follow-up and record incoming &amp; outgoing mails and all the documentation (reports, work orders, reports, memoranda, e-mail).</p></li><li><p>
Updating all completed works reports concerning urgent works.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinating with Project team, Consultants and Contractors Representatives for all administrative matters.</p></li><li><p>
Perform other task assign by the Project management team, to assist meeting the team&rsquo;s goals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experiences in a related O&amp;M field.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of the principles and practices of civil and related engineering disciplines.</p></li><li><p>
Working knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire the knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated experience working independently, proactively solving problems and exhibiting a solution orientation.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrated experience in managing file structures, organizing project documentation and maintaining required project controls.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in performing duties.</p></li><li><p>
