<div>Russell Landscape is seeking hardworking and reliable travel Landscape Construction Crew Members to assist with residential and commercial landscape installation projects. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and being part of a team that builds beautiful, functional landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assist with installation of landscape projects, including grading, planting, sod, hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), irrigation, and drainage systems.</li><li>
Operate hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.</li><li>
Load and unload trucks and trailers with materials, equipment, and supplies.</li><li>
Follow instructions from the Crew Leader or Project Manager to complete tasks to company standards.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized worksite.</li><li>
Communicate any issues or concerns to the Crew Leader or Project Manager.</li><li>
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company safety policies.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Previous experience in landscape construction or maintenance is preferred but not required; training is provided.</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>
Ability to travel certain periods of time.</li><li>
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.</li><li>
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license is a plus.</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.</li></ul>
