Bachelor's degree in business administration, civil or mechanical engineering, or a closely related field and a minimum of five years of experience in industrial, custodial/landscape, or facilities maintenance, three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Experience in budget preparation and analysis, planning, staffing procedures, and coordination of personnel training and safety programs is desired. Experience in a planned maintenance environment using a computerized maintenance management information system, as well as a working understanding of the technical terminology relevant to the Office's specialty, is highly desirable.  Associate's degree in HVAC or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience necessary

 At least 2 to 3 years of mechanical experience preferably in a commercial or industrial facility with an emphasis in facility maintenance plus experience with electrical, building equipment and building repairs

 Written and verbal communication skills
 </li>

 Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented
 </li>

 Ability to work independently and be resourceful

 Flexible and adaptable
 </li>
