Justification<br>
Adult Medical Unit is in search of a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA). This professional should have the availability to work per diem shifts for the unit.<br>

Phillips 20 is a 20-bed adult medical unit located in Boston, MA, USA. The unit is devoted to the care of the acutely ill medical patient. The patient population on this unit includes a diverse mix of medical diagnoses requiring complex nursing care.

Days (7am-7pm, 7am-3pm), Evenings (3pm-11pm), and Nights (7pm-7am, 11pm-7am) shifts are available.<br>
