</li><li>Provides expert product knowledge with regard to surgical and refractive techniques, technical product support, in-service programs and innovative educational programs. Prepares and provides detailed sales/procedural/financial presentations to new and existing customers.
</li><li>Leverages and effectively utilizes all other Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;s resources and sales personnel and strategic partners to enhance field productivity. This includes integration of the Phaco in-service, innovative educational programs and CORE.

</li><li>Effectively manages Johnson &amp; Johnson&rsquo;s field assets to include IOL consignments (achieve target consignment ratios), product samples (within assigned budget), surgical instruments, Phaco demonstration equipment/accessories and computer hardware/software.

<ul><li>Reports directly to the District Manager (DM) or Senior District Manager (SDM) assigned to that territory. Has responsibility of hitting an established quota set for that territory for all disposable, capital, and other surgical and non-surgical products. Must manage a budget for Travel and Expenses as well as manage a budget for the territory. All other consigned lenses, trunk stock, literature, and surgical equipment will be the responsibility of the AE to manage the assets appropriately. The AE will be expected to call on all Ophthalmologists and staff within the assigned territory to grow the market share of that area, as well as to maintain the current base of business.

The Director Regional Sales - Men's Health will lead a team of 10 sales representatives in the Eastern Region of the United States. This position is expected to coach, motivate, train and direct the regional sales team while developing and implementing strategic plans that meet the region's sales goals. We are looking for a high energy, ethical and business savvy individual. A minimum of five years pharmaceutical experience is a must! Compensation
 
Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience.
 
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($165,000 and $220,000/year); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.

 Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
 
 is the main interface between Sirtex and its customers. The RSM&rsquo;s primary function is to help Sirtex achieve its sales objectives by prospecting and initiating new accounts and servicing existing accounts. The RSM is responsible for all aspects of account management, including but not limited to: supply chain, receivables, training, problem solving, and assisting the account on any and all needs. The RSM has ultimate account responsibility as well as the responsibility to meet a pre-determined sales quota. This position also helps Sirtex achieve its regulatory requirements by conveying customer needs and requirements and reporting any incidents or product complaints.

 Developing and implementing account plans for key accounts and partners to generate strategic relationships that will result in sales within assigned territory presentations and training to educate health care professionals.
