<b>Administer Medications and Treatments:</b></p><ul><li>
Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and medication administration records (MAR) following community policies and procedures.</li><li>
Verify resident identity prior to medication administration to ensure safety and accuracy.</li><li>
Document medication administration promptly and accurately using the &ldquo;Pour-Pass-Chart&rdquo; method or electronic medication administration system.</li><li>
Observe residents for medication side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns to licensed nursing staff immediately.</li><li>
Ensure medications are properly labeled, stored, and dated according to policy and manufacturer guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the medication cart and medication room.</li><li>
Follow infection control practices including proper hand hygiene and use of personal protective equipment.</li><li>

What will you be doing in this role?

Under the general direction of a licensed caregiver, the Surgical Technologist III assists in surgical operations. The Surgical Technologist III is assigned technical duties, prepares operating rooms, arranges equipment, assists with procedures, and has the responsibility to ensure smooth teamwork through the application of knowledge and effective communication with registered nurses, patients, surgeons, anesthesiologists, ancillary personnel, and other health care team members.
