About PACT:
The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a nationally recognized, evidence-based approach to mental health treatment which utilizes a highly collaborative model to positively impact the lives of individuals challenged by the most severe and persistent mental illnesses.
The DESC PACT team is centered in the concept that recovery is more successful when all providers work closely together to provide integrated support services for all aspects of participant&rsquo;s lives, including medication, therapy, social support, employment and housing.
Team scheduling requirements reflect this commitment to provide participants with intensive wrap-around, 24/7 services at their homes and in a variety of community settings. Team members provide rotating coverage for 12 hours per day Monday to Friday and 8 hours per day on weekends &amp; holidays. In addition, all team members participate in on-call rotations to provide 24-hour crisis coverage. 
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Provide ongoing assessment of participants&rsquo; mental illness symptoms and make appropriate changes in treatment plans as soon as they are needed.</li><li>
Provide psycho-education to enable participants to identify their mental illness symptoms and integrate CD services as appropriate.</li><li>
Promote participants&rsquo; personal growth and development by assisting participants to adapt to and cope with internal and external stressors.</li><li>
Provide individualized assessments, counseling, supportive therapy, coaching and/or side-by-side support to clients to assist their development in the areas of activities of daily living, social &amp; interpersonal relationships, general time management and basic employment skills.</li><li>
Plan, structure &amp; support community-based activities such as obtaining and setting up housing, grocery shopping, nutrition assistance, house cleaning and other household activities, money management, social activities, and vocational support.</li><li>
Coordinate with outside service providers including inpatient and outpatient treatment services, social security, veterans&rsquo; benefits, legal and advocacy services, and personal primary care medical and dental providers.</li><li>
Provide practical help and supports, advocacy, coordination, side-by-side individualized support, problem-solving, direct assistance, training, and supervision to help participants obtain the necessities of daily living including medical and dental health care; legal and advocacy services; financial support such as entitlements or housing subsidies; money management services (e.g. payeeships); and transportation.</li></ul>
SPECIALTY AREA:<ul><li>
Provide direct clinical services including individual supportive therapy and psychotherapy to participants on an individual, group, and family basis in the office and in community settings.</li><li>
Utilize a stage-based treatment model that is non-confrontational, considers interactions of mental illness and substance abuse, and has participant-determined goals. Be comfortable with Harm Reduction approaches.</li><li>
Assess referred clients for PACT services and complete PACT intakes, including exploring diagnostic criteria for psychotic disorders.</li></ul>
LIVING CONDITIONS:
Support your clients with achieving and maintaining healthy living conditions. This can include but is not limited to attending care conferences related to living conditions, outreaching and supporting clients in their residential units with tools and skills to maintain their units, coordinating with housing staff, participating in cleaning out clients&rsquo; units, and documenting barriers to maintaining healthy living conditions.

Participate in daily team meetings, psychiatric consultations, clinical supervision, program meetings and in-service trainings; participate in clinical reviews and case conferences.</li><li>

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any other superseding credential that meets RCW 71.05.020 requirements to act as a Mental Health Professional whose scope of practice includes independently conducting mental health assessments and making mental health diagnoses.</li><li>
Master's degree in social work, psychology or other relevant behavioral science or Bachelor of Nursing degree with specialty in mental health.</li><li>
Ability to drive an agency or personal vehicle to conduct agency-related business. A current Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record are required.</li><li>
Interest in working with clients who are difficult to engage and maintain in traditional mental health/substance use disorder programs.</li><li>
Interest or experience working with adults who are experiencing or who have experienced homelessness, have a mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders, and who are involved in the criminal legal system.???</li><li>

PROGRAM SUMMARY: Crisis Connections provides a variety of telephone-based support services that are free and easily accessible to anyone in our community experiencing crisis. Our service area includes King County and WA State. Our passion is to foster resilience and wellbeing for all by connecting people to accessible and compassionate support. 
POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor of 988 Crisis Services is responsible for oversight of the daily operations of the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline phone, or chat and text teams. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Director of 988 Crisis Services, this position plays a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and development of our clinical contact center team.
The Clinical Supervisor will lead hiring and onboarding efforts, support ongoing clinical training and development of staff, and assist in the implementation and process improvement of new technologies to enhance service delivery. This role provides direct supervision of a multi-disciplinary team working across a 24/7 shift schedule, in close collaboration with other members of the Clinical Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise in crisis intervention, de-escalation, mental health assessment, and clinical supervision. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising staff; overseeing high-quality service delivery across phone, chat, and text platforms; and ensuring that all individuals who contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline receive appropriate safety assessments, emotional support, safety planning and referral to the correct level of care, including mobile crisis teams, designated crisis responders, and other community mental health resources.
JOB DUTIES
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Ensures contract compliance including providing consistent quality assurance, monitoring contact center operations, and ensuring timely, appropriate call and chat/text response.</li><li>
Maintains in-depth knowledge of staff functions to be able to fulfill those responsibilities in case of absence/vacancy.</li><li>
Supervises the staff of the assigned shift, to include MA level, BA level, and Certified Peer Specialist staff. Ensure staff receive supervision and contact monitoring to adhere to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline operational best practices, guidelines, and operational requirements.</li><li>
Participates in interviewing and screening candidates for these positions.</li><li>
Provide quality assurance oversight to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which will include close monitoring and coaching of all staff on shift.</li><li>
Works as a member of the Crisis Connections leadership team to ensure efficient and effective integration with other Crisis Connections department programs.</li><li>
Maintain an accurate and up to date list of current employees, their FTE status, and schedule to ensure coverage needs are met.</li><li>
Conduct formal evaluations of all assigned staff.</li><li>

CALLER MANAGEMENT<ul><li>
Responsible for oversight and handling of 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline contacts, assessing for risk of harm, addictions, mental illness and ensuring that best clinical intervention practices are implemented.</li><li>
Ensure there are appropriate state-wide referrals and dispatches across WA State.</li><li>
Ensure there are appropriate phone, online chat, and/or SMS text crisis interventions to clients using 988.</li><li>
Ensures that all contacts are documented accurately and completely by the end of each shift.</li></ul>

Meets Call standards:<ul><li>
Call Abandonment rate 5% or less.</li><li>
Call Answer Rate within 20 seconds 95% or higher.</li><li>

Effectively evaluates team and individual performance through review of metrics and data to interpret both past, present, and future performance to ensure contractual requirements are met.</li><li>

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT<ul><li>
Supports Clinical Director of 988 Crisis Services in onboarding and supervision staff that incorporates contractual requirement, clinical best practices, and recommendations from the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.</li><li>
Maintains required credentials and/or licensure and keeps updated on current professional literature and trends in the mental health and chemical dependency field.</li><li>
Maintain a minimum of 12 hours of training per FTE on approved topics relevant to the job function.</li></ul>

Location: 100% onsite in Everett, WA. We have a facility opening up this summer in Federal Way and candidates who are able and willing to cover both locations are strongly preferred.

Schedule: This is a part-time, 1099 position with approximately 9 hours to start, ideally Monday / Wednesday / Friday from 9:00 - 12:00. There will also be one hour of rounds and one hour of direct supervision with a psychiatrist each week outside of clinical hours. Schedules are expected to increase and transition to W2 employment status as the program continues to grow.

Role Summary:

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic support to individuals enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs. You will collaborate with other clinicians, including psychiatrists, therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Role Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including intake assessments, for patients in the PHP/IOP programs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on psychiatric assessment findings.</li>

Document client activities in the Electronic Health Record (Best Notes) within 24 hours of any group or session and oversee the organization and maintenance of client records to insurance confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.</li><li>
Collaborate with clinical teams to develop the transition and discharge plans depending on specific client needs while implementing discharge plans to ensure a seamless transition for clients to their community-based support systems.</li><li>
Arrange follow-up appointments and referrals to support clients&rsquo; continued care and wellbeing post discharge and provide comprehensive education and assistance to clients and their families including medication management, relapse prevention, and community resources.</li><li>
