The role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, utilities, and internal teams to ensure accurate measurement solutions aligned with project specifications and international standards.This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on field experience in water networks, bulk metering, and flow measurement technologies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical expertise for water meters and flow meters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, mechanical, insertion, bulk meters, etc.).</li><li>Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure correct meter selection and compliance.</li><li>Support meter sizing, accuracy class selection, pressure loss calculations, and installation requirements.</li><li>Assist in site installation supervision, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance verification of installed meters.</li><li>Prepare and review technical submittals, datasheets, method statements, and compliance documents.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and utility authorities for approvals and technical clarifications.</li><li>Support integration of meters with data logging, pressure loggers, and SCADA systems where applicable.</li><li>Liaise with OEMs for technical support, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and training.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, EN, MID, AWWA, OIML, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; RequirementsEducation&bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.Experience&bull;3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in water meters and flow meters.&bull;Proven experience in water networks, transmission lines, district metering areas (DMA), or utility projects.&bull;Experience working with municipalities or water authorities is an advantage.Technical Skills&bull;Strong knowledge of flow measurement principles and meter technologies&bull;Experience with meter installation best practices and commissioning procedures&bull;Familiarity with data logging, AMR/AMI, and telemetry systemsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Instrumentation Engineer: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
