<ul><li>Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and customer requests.</li>
<li>Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings.</li>
<li>Suggest drinks based on customer preferences.</li>
<li>Greet customers and take orders efficiently.</li>
<li>Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.</li>
<li>Handle complaints or concerns professionally.</li>
<li>Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.</li>
<li>Process payments via cash, credit card, or POS system.</li>
<li>Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing.</li>
<li>Restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.</li>
<li>Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.</li>
<li>Ensure the bar area is organized and tidy.</li>
<li>Dispose of trash and follow health and safety regulations.</li>
