On-Call Weekend Caregiver Guidelines<ul><li>
Weekend Availability: Must remain available and reachable for assignments during designated on-call hours (typically Friday 5 PM &ndash; Sunday 10 PM).</li><li>
Response Time: Must respond to calls or texts from the scheduler within 15&ndash;30 minutes.</li><li>
Assignment Acceptance: Expected to accept and complete assigned shifts unless there is a valid emergency or pre-approved unavailability.</li><li>
Each shift includes a minimum visit time of 3 hours. Shift times may vary based on client location and caregiver availability.</li></ul>
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in accordance with individualized care plans.</li><li>
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal preparation.</li><li>
Perform light housekeeping and assist with errands or transportation to appointments.</li><li>
Ensure client safety and comfort, reporting any changes in condition promptly to the branch supervisor.</li><li>
Accurately document all visits and care tasks using our home care app.</li><li>
Submit receipts and documentation for any shopping or errands completed for clients.</li><li>
Participate in annual training (12 hours, paid) and quarterly supervisory conferences.</li></ul>
