Reporting to the Director of News, you will work with internal writers and freelancers to report on gaming and entertainment news stories from a variety of sources &ndash; including your own contacts from the industry. <li>Build and maintain organized asset libraries through strategic delegation</li>
<li>Develop innovative approaches to repurpose existing assets for maximum impact</li>

Essential Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional video editing experience with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role</li>
<li>Previous experience at a performance marketing agency, creative agency, or in-house creative team</li>
<li>Proven ability to provide insightful, actionable creative direction and feedback</li>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and social platform requirements</li>
<li>Portfolio demonstrating versatility in style, pacing, and visual storytelling</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate creative decisions clearly</li>
<li>Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>

<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>

<li>Previous management experience leading a team of video editors</li>

Compensation:</b></p>
<p>
TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. <b>The expected range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 &ndash; $105,000 annually.</b> Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
