Roles and Responsibilities</b></h1><ul><li>
Document patients accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems, capturing medical history, chief complaints, examination findings, and treatment plans.
</li><li>Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records by reviewing documentation for inconsistencies, missing information, and proper coding.
</li><li>Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are properly equipped with necessary instruments, supplies, and patient education materials.
</li><li>Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines, to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.

<p><b>MOGOVOLT Heating &amp; Cooling</b></p><p>MOGOVOLT Heating &amp; Cooling is looking for a residential HVAC/R installer or technician to help build out our heating and cooling division.</p><p>This role is focused on residential HVAC installation, refrigerant work, equipment placement, line-set routing, condensate routing, startup, and commissioning.
