The Pharmacy Prior Authorization Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician III) ensures that all authorizations/certifications for drug therapy are completed in accordance with payer criteria and policy, in a timely manner, and prior to therapy initiation. This position will work with stakeholders inside and outside of the pharmacy department to complete crucial and complex tasks relating to patient care, financial and billing practices, or regulatory compliance.</div><div></div><div> 
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm PT. There is also potential for this role to be hybrid or fully remote, depending on business needs and team approval.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs complex and unique duties within the pharmacy department</li><li>
Interpret, evaluate, and summarize information and datasets of varying sizes</li><li>
Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholder inside and outside of pharmacy department</li><li>
Develop and maintain internal (within Fred Hutch) and external relationships (such as vendors, payors, distributors)</li><li>
Work independently and within teams to complete tasks</li><li>

Generate and present reports of tasks to Pharmacy Operations Manager or Director of Pharmacy</li><li>

Work closely with care team to communicate any coverage issues</li><li>
Evaluate patterns in denied claims taking corrective action and educating staff as needed</li><li>

Serve as a resource to patients and staff regarding insurance and drug coverage questions</li><li>
Provide patient assistance program information and education to providers, patients and medical center staff</li><li>

Qualifications:

Business evaluation may be hospital specific such as the evaluation of a new clinic site of service and the impact on costs and reimbursement, or it may be at the health system level such as evaluating the feasibility of a centralized compounding center or the potential margin from a new payer contract.
</li><li>Perform financial analysis for the President of UW Medicine Hospitals and Clinics.
</li><li>Work closely with Pharmacy ITS team and Finance to integrate pharmacy data sources with other clinical and financial data to improve patient level clinical and financial data for use in Health System business planning.
</li><li>Assist pharmacy staff and leadership navigating clinical and financial systems, for example providing demographic data for drug analysis or building demographic projections for use in clinical planning.

 The Accounting Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who supports the Accounting Manager and helps keep the accounting function running smoothly. This role serves as a central point of contact between accounting, internal staff, vendors, and external partners - helping organize documentation, track follow-up items, and ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and timely.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the liaison between the Accounting Manager and internal staff by fielding routine questions, routing requests, and resolving issues before they require escalation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication and workflow with external bookkeeping partners to ensure the accurate and timely exchange of financial information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform bookkeeping duties, including data entry, transaction coding, receipt matching, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records in accounting systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, organize, and submit receipts, invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the employee expense reimbursement processes, including tracking submissions, confirming approvals, and following up on missing information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized and complete records for financial documentation, correspondence, vendor files, approvals, and audit support. Prepare reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place approved orders for residential site management needs and code purchases to the appropriate accounts/ properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Place orders for office supplies, equipment, and other approved purchases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track orders, manage deliveries, resolve vendor questions, and maintain professional vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate purchasing requests, verify approvals, and confirm coding or allocation details when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile purchasing activity and ensure receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation are captured and filed appropriately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other accounting, administrative, and special projects as needed.

 Qualifications:

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in office administration, accounting support, bookkeeping, or a related coordination role.
 </li>

 Working knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, expense tracking, or finance operations.

 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>

 Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential financial information.

Job Summary
The Project Architect leads the technical development, coordination, and documentation for medium- to large-scale architectural projects. The role oversees project quality, code compliance, consultant coordination, and technical problem-solving from design development through construction documents. It also includes supervising team members, managing technical workflows, resolving agency approval issues, and ensuring project deliverables meet contractual, budget, and quality expectations. An architectural license is required to hold the Project Architect title.
This position is located in Seattle, WA and will support Bassetti Architects, a design studio of HMC Architects. The position requires 3 days in the office and the ability to work from home Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead technical development, design development, and construction document phases of medium&ndash;large projects.</li>
<li>Resolve technical, code, and agency approval issues; direct and coordinate consultants.</li>
<li>Supervise and manage up to four project team members across all phases.</li>
<li>Monitor team performance, provide coaching, conduct evaluations.</li>
<li>Coordinate project documentation, quality reviews, and compliance checks at all stages.</li>
<li>Collaborate with design, production, construction admin, and external consultants.</li>
<li>Manage coordination with government agencies and resolve plan check/approval issues.</li>
<li>Review cost estimates, conduct value analysis, and approve project changes.</li>
<li>Assist with work plans, schedules, budgets, staffing projections, and billing.</li>
<li>Lead or participate in client, consultant, and OAC meetings.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>Degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or Revit drafting (preferred).</li>
<li>Licensed Architect (required for Project Architect title).</li>
<li>Minimum 7 years of architectural practice with strong technical proficiency in all documentation phases.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, and keep supervisors/clients updated.</li>
<li>Understanding of contracts, fee calculations, and scope management.</li>
<li>Strong judgment, decision-making skills, and ability to prioritize/manage work efficiently.</li>
<li>Must follow company standards, protocols, and quality expectations.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed.</li>

The salary range for this position is $85,065 - $131,972.
The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate&rsquo;s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.</div>
