Responsibilities for an Office Manager include (but are not limited to) the following:<ul><li>
Organizes, leads, and supports administrative team projects and workflow to meet the needs of numerous internal clients as aligned with overall business goals and objectives.</li><li>
Enters client information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and creates reports as requested.</li><li>
Uses Maconomy (corporate accounting system) to support project managers as needed. Will liaise between project accountants' local staff as needed to provide cursory information about project status and budgets.</li><li>
Supports internal and client meetings by coordinating calendars, ensuring meeting resources are booked and in place, arranging catering, etc. Serves as the meeting point-of-contact for IT and building management support during meetings.</li><li>
Prepares for and schedules office business activities, including travel arrangements, internal business meetings, guest/client travel and accommodations, business appointments, and office social activities (e.g., Happy Hours, Community Breakfasts and holiday events).</li><li>
Directs and leads updates to office-related policies and procedures.</li><li>
Communicates office employee announcements and maintains the Atlanta office intranet page.</li><li>
Supports onboarding of new employees to the Atlanta office.</li><li>
Works with insurance broker and/or carriers regarding certificates of insurance and insurance compliance.</li><li>

Coordinates and supports staff working on a remote/hybrid work schedule, e.g., coordinating hot desking, assigning workspaces, and managing office occupancy.</li><li>
Serves as the primary liaison with the property management company and other third parties.</li><li>
Supports office consulting staff with submission of expense reports, and other internal administrative tasks.</li><li>
Supports preparation of client and bid deliverables, including document formatting and finalization.</li><li>
Works with consulting staff to identify needed services, coordinate provision of those services with IT and other Ramboll support organizations, and identifies any gaps in service, so that they can be resolved by the leadership team, Workplace Management, HR, etc.</li></ul>

Responsible for analyzing data, key reporting and working with Direct Fulfillment Merchants to identify opportunities across multiple depts. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
40% Drive consistent category-level strategy planning with Merchants: coordination of necessary data from both store and online systems along with data from key competitors, development of project templates and concise reporting results for Online and Store Merchants</li><li>
30% Responsible for the creation and execution of KPI reporting, ensuring accurate data collection while highlighting key insights to drive decision making</li><li>
20% Manage the execution of key programs and new online initiatives</li><li>
10% Partner with functional areas such as Supply Chain, Core Merchandising, Vendor Compliance and Inventory Management to ensure effective solutions that can be leveraged across all areas</li></ul> 

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:<ul><li>
Position reports to Sr. Manager of Merchandise Planning, homedepot.com</li>
Number of direct reports is 6. Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues <li>- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.</li></ul> 

Travel Requirements:<ul><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul> 

Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li></ul> 

Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be eighteen years of age or older.</li><li>

Online and/or Retail Store Experience. Both prefereed.</li><li>
Financial planning and analysis experience</li><li>
Advanced computer skills to retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data with experience with MS Office; MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project &amp; statistical software.</li></ul>
