<li>Support the success of customers including facilitating efficient onboarding, addressing onsite support issues, developing relationships with 3PLs and working with sales to backfill vacant kitchens quickly</li>
<li>Communicate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, resolve escalated issues from internal teams and escalate customer concerns ensuring a strong customer feedback loop</li></ul>

What Else You Need To Know 


We're looking for a dynamic, operations-focused Operations Manager to grow Picnic's presence in Seattle. This role is split between our Seattle office and the field, combining in-office collaboration with time out in the community meeting people, building relationships, and growing Picnic's local presence. 


The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - 95,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
