 <p>Ensure that home visiting documentation is completed accurately and submitted in accordance with program policies. Monitor HV caseloads and home visit completion rates. Observe each HV in home visits at least semi-annually and provide feedback that encourages professional development. Routinely provide reflective supervision to HV to support their work with challenging families and enhance their abilities. Develop and implement FSS initial training plans and ensure that assigned staff meets all Parents as Teachers (PAT) training requirements. Work hours are flexible to meet the needs of families.</p>
