Job Summary 
 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to support awareness and appropriate utilization of WatchPAT Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HST) services within an assigned geographic territory. The Territory Manager will serve as a resource to providers by offering information on clinical use, operational workflow, and coverage considerations related to HST. This role supports provider understanding of diagnostic options intended to improve patient access to sleep apnea evaluation in accordance with applicable clinical guidelines and payer requirements. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Develop and maintain professional relationships with non-sleep specialist physicians and office staff to provide education on Home Sleep Testing services and appropriate patient selection criteria.</li><li>
Conduct in-person and virtual educational presentations, product demonstrations, and in-service training on the WatchPAT&reg; device and associated diagnostic service workflows.</li><li>
Identify and engage healthcare practices within the territory to provide information regarding HST technology and available diagnostic service offerings.</li><li>
Support onboarding of new provider offices by facilitating understanding of administrative processes, documentation requirements, and applicable coverage policies related to HST.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Serve as the primary service coordinator and relationship manager for assigned national radiation oncology accounts</li><li>
Oversee managed services delivery for ARIA and Eclipse environments, including system performance, support, and lifecycle management</li><li>
Coordinate incident management, service requests, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution aligned with SLAs and clinical urgency</li><li>
Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, including clinical applications, medical physics support, IT infrastructure, and engineering</li><li>
Monitor and report on system uptime, performance, and service KPIs across multiple sites</li><li>
Support and coordinate software upgrades, patches, and version transitions (ARIA/Eclipse releases)</li><li>
Ensure all activities align with HIPAA, data integrity, and patient safety standards</li><li>
Participate in or coordinate go-lives, system migrations, and workflow optimization initiatives</li><li>
Lead regular service reviews (QBRs) with client stakeholders including administrators, physicists, and clinical leadership</li><li>
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent treatment disruption or data issues</li><li>
Maintain detailed documentation of environments, configurations, and service activities</li><li>
Partner with account management and sales to support client retention and expansion opportunities</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare IT, Radiation Oncology, Medical Physics support, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
3+ years of experience supporting radiation oncology systems, specifically ARIA and/or Eclipse</li><li>
Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows (simulation, planning, treatment delivery, record &amp; verify)</li><li>
Experience in a managed services, service desk, or enterprise support environment</li><li>
Knowledge of DICOM, oncology data flows, and system integrations</li><li>
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with ability to engage physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and IT teams</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple sites/accounts</li></ul>

The base pay range for this position is:
$50,490 - $69,421
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
