Education/Experience:</b><br>
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of pharmacy technician or medical office (i.e. biller, coder, office assistance, or prior authorization/certification) experience. Familiarity with drugs commonly used to treat chronic/debilitating illnesses.<br>
</p><p><b>License/Certification:</b> Texas State pharmacy technician license (TSBP) required</p>
Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour<p>

  Primary Responsibilities

   Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with Clinical Pharmacists
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
  </li>
  <li>
   Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate
  </li>
  <li>
   Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdhmembers to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
  </li>
  <li>
   Document and track member engagement

   Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence

   National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  </li>

   1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Reside within commutable distance to Houston, TX OR Schaumburg, IL office location
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm

  </li>

 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
