The role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and QA to managing Agile backlogs, writing user stories in Jira, and supporting sprints and testing cycles.

  Job Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA/UAT.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead solution design sessions and support testing cycles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage Agile backlogs, write user stories, and track progress using Jira.
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in Agile ceremonies, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop training materials to support user adoption.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilizing EazyBI for reporting and dashboards; Salesforce experience is a plus.

  Qualifications

  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience working in Agile environments and managing Agile backlogs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency with Jira; experience with EazyBI is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working w/ Salesforce is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to commute to Midtown NYC 3x per week. (Required)
