Role Summary 
 
The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient production activities. This position supports day‑to‑day manufacturing operations through activities including, but not limited to, production scheduling, materials planning, documentation control, and coordination of incoming and outgoing materials. Team Summary 
The Fleet Supervisor will work closely with the Area Fleet Manager to develop and maintain fleet strategies and management systems. Job Summary 
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for drivers, equipment, scheduling, and safe operation in assisting our customers to attain goals related to raw material pick-up and delivery, customer deliveries and operation coordination. Essential Duties<ul><li>
Assures that the truck fleet operation exceeds all safety performance standards set by the industry and the company. Ensure all DOT requirements are met, including driver's logs, certifications, and training. Monitor all safety issues on GAF property and on the road, to ensure compliance with all corporate and plant safety rules, DOT safety and OSHA rules and regulations. Complete Supervisor's Reports and conducts investigation for all accidents or injuries involving driver or equipment. Provide ongoing safety, training, meeting, safety documents, and poster and safety campaigns.</li><li>
Work with the Customers Production Scheduler/Planner, coordinate pick-up and delivery of raw materials, as designated, ensuring no production down time as a result of inventory availability. Work with Customer Transportation Planner / Logistic Manager to coordinate timely delivery of finished product to customer base. Provide for shuttling needs for the Customer&rsquo;s offsite storage based on Plant capacity and/or inventory balancing.</li><li>
Efficiently control fleet drivers, tractors, trailers, vans, and tankers within budget requirements. Audit and review fuel receipts, mileage and fuel reports, driver log books, DVIR's for maintenance and repair needs, delivery and shuttle sheets, in and out times, time sheets, pre and post-trip reports.</li><li>
Tender shipping loads for full fleet utilization. Ensure proof of delivery documentation is maintained and within GPS, update status reports as required. Provide reverse logistic options to the Plants, as required. Manage, evaluate and discipline employees in accordance with corporate and vendor policy and procedure. Schedule driver work shifts, monitor employee attendance, process employee time for payroll.</li><li>
Work with designated vendors to manage and select drivers. Perform new hire training, evaluation and qualifying. Provide ongoing training and evaluation. Work with designated vendors to manage equipment repair costs. Actively manage, negotiate and schedule repair and service activities. Vetting all repair and service invoices, addresses all concerns with vendors.</li><li>
Continually improve, expand or curtail fleet operations (right size), as business conditions dictate. Routinely communicate with management as to fleet activity, condition, markets, concerns and changes needs. Continually work to identify savings and capture fleet operational savings opportunities.</li></ul>

The Facilities Planner I will be expected to support the Office of Real Estate, Planning, and Space Management on projects including the drafting and updating of campus floorplans, architectural test fitting, furniture procurement, and move coordination. The Facilities Planner will also assist with managing and maintaining the University's Space Inventory System and in developing space plans for University functions. SmithGroup is currently accepting applications for a Entry Level Space Planner to work out of the Social Security Administration (SSA) Office in Baltimore, Maryland. The position requires on-site services Monday-Friday at SSA&rsquo;s Woodlawn Campus.</div>

<div>Working with us, you will:</div>
<ul><li>Perform space programming to capture clients&rsquo; requirements.</li>
<li>Develop spatial test fits and a schematic design of spaces for customers.</li>
<li>Assist in tracking ownership of space and submitting move tickets utilizing Space Management Software.</li>
<li>Assess furniture needs and identify available furniture in SSA&rsquo;s inventory.</li>
<li>Perform space surveys to capture various spatial elements for projects and planning needs.</li>
<li>Assist with various spatial planning administration such as updating floor plans and assisting with cubical signage installation and maintenance efforts.</li>
<li>Update status reports, review daily contractor reports, provide product studies, and review and coordinate with SSA Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the review of project drawings and submittals.</li>
<li>Update and maintain space data with spreadsheets such as names, and employee locations.</li>
<li>Special studies and projects as they relate to space planning and project management at the agency.</li></ul>

</div><div>An ideal candidate has:</div>
<ul><li>0 to 4 years developmental experience in Interior Design Architecture.</li>
<li>General knowledge of facility codes such as ABA, NFPA, and GSA PBS-P100.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop</li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
