Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Call Centre Appointment Scheduler to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be a crucial first point of contact for patients, responsible for efficiently managing appointments across numerous supported dental practices. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. This position offers flexibility with both day and night shifts available. Key Responsibilities • Professionally handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. • Accurately manage and coordinate appointment diaries for multiple dental practices, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficiency. • Provide patients with essential information regarding dental services, practice locations, and appointment preparation. • Meticulously update and maintain patient records within our database with a high degree of accuracy. • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, resolving patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and dental practice staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
