 The Turkey Country Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining and achieving operational and merchandising standards and goals, and for developing the Turkish Operations Team in collaboration with the CD Turkey Country Manager and the Boutique Managements.
 
 
 In this context, the Turkey Country Operations Manager will participate in the development and growth of the subsidiary.
 
 
 The local Turkish Head Office is located in Istanbul.
 
 
 Job responsibilities
 
 
 
 Inventory And Stock Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate stock adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate with Head Office on any discrepancies in receptions or stock transfers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage &ldquo;End of Life&rdquo; product cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the Turkey &ldquo;After Sales&rdquo; program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up repairs of defective or damaged goods, from store stock or from after-sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize local Family Sales.

 Policies &amp; Procedures
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure store compliance to policies and processes and drive operational excellence through audits &amp; action plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand, abide by and enforce all operational policies and procedures as dictated by Retail Handbook Procedures, the human resources guide and other related material.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train newcomers to Dior retail procedures, stock management procedures and cash desk operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare Monthly Internal Control reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be project leader for all &laquo;back-office&raquo; tool evolution/roll-out &amp; support the Digital evolution on retail special projects roll-out.

 Store Facility
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure maintenance and overall upkeep of the store and local Head Offices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the boutiques and offices facilities: cleaning, repair &amp; maintenance, security.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as direct liaison between all sub-contractors and vendors to verify that corporate standards of store and offices are always met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all Health &amp; Safety requirements are always met.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Logistics
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up of deliveries with freight forwarder and customs broker.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with accounting back office, follow-up of KPI&rsquo;s.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Accounting and financials
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Pre-check store invoices, and any required documentation according to the internal Purchase procedure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up sales reconciliation between Dior System, and E-invoice/E-archive portals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be responsible for Turkey expense control (monthly P&amp;L analysis).
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up anti-money laundering compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify cash vs sales reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Finance Manager and Head Office regarding insurance matters (product damage, business interruption, civil liability, other HR insurances).
 </li>
 <li>
 Annual external audit: reply to any queries from auditors, together with CD Turkey Country Manager.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Legal and Administrative
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Follow-up contract expiry and renewals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up HR administrative aspects, to be shared with HR Manager and accounting back office: time schedules, overtime, absence/leaves, staff commissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with legal/administrative declarations needed in current or future stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Dior Legal Department and local advisors.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Store opening
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Dior Architecture Department and local suppliers in any store opening/renovation project, including seasonal projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up related administrative aspects.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Profile
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University graduate with 5-10 years of experience in management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retail experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of accounting is appreciated. / Accounting skills are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of logistics is appreciated. / Logistics skills are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Native Turkish speaker, proficient in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Excel.
 </li>
