About the role

Virtuozzo is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help define, build, and improve cloud infrastructure products used by service providers, hosting companies, MSPs, and technical customers.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys doing the product work directly: customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap trade-offs, technical discussions, release planning, and follow-through with engineering and customer-facing teams. 
This is not a coaching, advisory, or high-level strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, go deep into the product and market, and personally drive work from problem discovery to shipped outcomes. 
What you will do

<li>Own product discovery with cloud service providers, MSPs, hosting companies, internal teams, and technical users.</li>

What we are looking for

<li>Product management experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, hosting, MSP/CSP products, DevOps/platform tools, Kubernetes, storage, networking, automation, or related technical products.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on ownership mindset: you are comfortable writing requirements, talking to customers, working with engineers, analyzing feedback, and driving execution yourself.</li>
<li>Ability to understand technical infrastructure products and discuss trade-offs with engineering and technical customers.</li>

As a Product Manager within the International Consumer Bank at JPMorganChase, you will lead the product function for AI Engineering (AIE), reporting into the engineering lead and collaborating to set strategy and direction. <li>Author clear, detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and own the backlog in Jira in close collaboration with engineering leads, decomposing initiatives into well-defined stories with crisp acceptance criteria, maintaining priority, and making data-informed trade-offs across scope, schedule, and risk.</li>
<li>Lead discovery with platform users and partners across ICB to define capabilities that improve developer experience, reliability, time to production, and compliance.</li>

As a Solution Architect &ndash; ERP / EAM, you sit at the intersection of product strategy, deep solution knowledge, and real-world customer process understanding. Role Description 
This role requires a senior individual contributor who operates across product, engineering, sales, and customer conversations. The primary alignment sits within the IFS product organisation, with a close working relationship to R&amp;D and a dotted-line into sales and go-to-market.
