<li>Experience in a multinational food or ingredients company is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing third-party manufacturing quality systems.</li>
<li>Certification in food safety systems (e.g., FSSC 22000) and auditing (e.g., Lead Auditor certification) is a strong advantage.</li>

 We&rsquo;re currently looking for a Process Quality Manager for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging T&uuml;rkiye. In this position, Process audit system builds up. Improving process capability with analyzing Cpk and Ppk values. After system creation, audit whole processes with resulting a score card, CoA of customers and quarantine product management and positive release, leading FMEA study.

   Lead, train, and supervise a team of Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure full adherence to quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish and monitor quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct regular audits, inspections, and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall cost-effectiveness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with suppliers to secure the quality of incoming raw materials and components.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain process audit systems to ensure consistent quality performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and perform packaging compliance checks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor results before Positive Release to ensure product conformity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform dimensional, mechanical, and final controls, including Zwick machine tests.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct visual inspections using BST and Rubby methods.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage internal complaints using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track and isolate blocked or non-conforming materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct FMEA workshops to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform internal process and product audits.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to the Senior Quality Manager.
