<p>The Closing Firm, LLC is seeking an experienced transactional real estate paralegal to support a fast-paced practice focused on residential real estate transactions and related legal matters. This is a role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files and deadlines with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</p><p>No two days are exactly the same. This position requires someone who can move comfortably between document preparation, transaction support, deadline management, client communication, issue spotting, and coordination with the many parties involved in getting a file from contract to closing. The right candidate enjoys working in a high-volume environment, solving problems, keeping matters on track, and bringing order to a process with many moving parts.</p><p>This is a full-time, on-site position. The role requires five days per week in the office, eight hours per day.
