<p>Front Desk Coordinator, Full Time</p><p>HIDEF Physical Therapy | Seattle, WA</p><ul><li>Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner</li><li>Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices, or other sources</li><li>Collects patient payments</li><li>Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace</li><li>Input patient information into computer system; verify patient information, current referral if applicable, and provides appropriate paperwork to patient</li><li>Obtains benefit information and referrals/authorizations if necessary</li><li>Books, cancels and reschedules patient appointments</li><li>Answers phones, transfers and/or directs calls during busy times</li><li>Acts as liaison between patient and other staff</li><li>When applicable, relays phone messages from patients to Therapists</li><li>Keeps waiting room neat and presentable at all times</li><li>Maintains excellent communication with Physical Therapists and patients regarding wait times or delays</li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite</li></ul><p>Comprehensive Benefits Package:</p><p>-Health/Dental Insurance</p><p>-Retirement Plan with 3% matching after year one</p><p>-2 weeks paid time off</p><p>-6 paid holidays</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
