We are seeking a Recruiter who will take a hands-on role in managing the full-cycle hiring process across a variety of positions. This role is responsible for everything from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing pipelines, and driving offers to acceptance. You&rsquo;ll balance both the strategic and operational sides of recruiting, ensuring roles are filled efficiently without compromising quality.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You&rsquo;re someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, bring structure to ambiguity, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You&rsquo;ll work closely with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into actionable plans, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process.
This is a full time, salaried position, and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. The role is hybrid, working a minimum of 3 days in the office, and 2 days ability to work from home.<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
RESPONSIBILITIES</h5><ul><li>
Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating stages (working interviews), skills assessments, and extending offers.</li><li>
Maintain accurate candidate records and HRIS updates throughout the hiring process, including applicant tracking, stage hours, and employee profiles.</li><li>
Recruit across FOH, BOH/Culinary, and Support roles while ensuring alignment with The Alinea Group standards and values.</li><li>
Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, industry networks, and other proactive sourcing methods.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current hiring needs and future growth.</li><li>
Partner with culinary schools, universities, and external organizations to support ongoing pipeline development.</li><li>
Represent The Alinea Group at recruiting events and job fairs (minimum of 2 per quarter), with a focus on candidate conversion.</li><li>
Support onboarding coordination, new hire communication, and general HR administrative tasks as needed.</li><li>
Run and distribute weekly recruiting updates and pipeline reports to leadership.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with hiring processes including I-9/E-Verify and internal documentation.</li><li>
Maintain and update internal hiring trackers, open roles, and stage checklists.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to align on staffing needs and priorities.</li><li>
Participate in weekly HR/recruiting meetings and ongoing process improvements.</li><li>
Travel as needed for recruiting events.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours as needed (approx. 50 hours/week).</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS</h5><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (internships or campus recruiting experience a plus).</li><li>
Exposure to recruiting processes (sourcing, scheduling, or candidate coordination) preferred</li><li>
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and hospitality.</li><li>

 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage, and welcoming in the candidate on their first day
 </li>
 <li>
 Booking quality phone screens, walking the candidate through zoom and in-person interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping our ATS system Greenhouse up to date, along with the hiring team&rsquo;s schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Generating leads and prospecting candidates across our platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceeding high volume sales and recruitment goals, while working in a team environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What we look for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant HR. Recruitment or Sales experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a phone-based role
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong hunger for success with real financial motivation
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
 </li>
 <li>
 A coachable individual who&rsquo;s open to new ideas and feedback, and is looking to advance their skill sets
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic
 </li>
