 Usher

 Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.

 Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.

 Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary

 Enforcement of MPAA rating system
 </li>

 Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums

 Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.

 Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the HR Director and Chief People Officer in the day-to-day tactical execution of HR duties for the Seattle Indian Health Board. The HR Generalist develops relationships across the organization to deliver value-added services to managers and employees, advising them on various HR policies and issues. 


The HR Generalist position can be quite complex. A successful Generalist will be able to manage work schedule and adjust according to conflicting deadlines and priorities. This person should have a solid understanding of complex HR laws and regulations and be able to apply them consistently and fairly. HR Administration &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential personnel files in both paper and electronic formats.</li><li>Perform HR administrative functions such as filing, document management, and data entry in the HRIS.</li><li>Administer and ensure compliance with EEO and other employment-related laws and regulations.</li><li>Support annual HR audits and compliance reviews.</li></ul>
Training &amp; Employee Development<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, including logistics, materials, and attendance tracking.</li><li>Maintain training records and ensure compliance with required certifications and continuing education.</li></ul>
Assist with developing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements: 
Qualifications<ul><li>1-3 Years of experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment</li><li>Experience with HRIS systems-Paylocity a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills</li><li>Strong ability to solve problems and provide employee support</li><li>Experience in a non-profit setting</li><li>Experience facilitating orientations or large group training</li><li>Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment</li><li>Ability to work with and recruit individuals who may or may not have a past criminal background or addiction challenges</li></ul>
