Oversee vendor- and freelance writer-generated publications, ensuring deliverables are timely and of high quality for internal reviewers and external authors.</li><li>
Membership on Core Publication Team and help with overall publication strategy and planning.</li><li>

This includes developing, maintaining, and refining the Museum&rsquo;s brand book and standardized brand elements and templates to guarantee a consistent and cohesive brand experience.</li><li>
Establishes strong work flows for all creative projects; coordinates with various departments and communicates out to stakeholders to ensure consistency with how all projects are managed.</li><li>
Manages relationships and negotiations with printers and other outside vendors to achieve best practices.</li><li>
Participates in and/or leads creative team brainstorming.</li><li>
Researches and analyzes industry trends and maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques.</li><li>
Utilizes internal systems (Air and Monday) for project management and schedules stakeholder reviews, proofing, and asset sharing.</li><li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Qualifications
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or another related field.</li><li>
5 or more years&rsquo; experience in the creative industry.</li><li>
Must have an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong creative direction and/or design acumen.</li><li>
Highly proficient in print and digital design and production including Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal, Google Apps for business (Drive, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Office.</li><li>
Self-starter who is a creative, detail-oriented, enthusiastic team player.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.?</li><li>
Collaborative work style; ability to work effectively with both internal and external audiences.</li><li>
Experience organizing and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>
Is a creative ambassador; fosters a culture of creative thinking and innovation.</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>
