Purpose of the Position</b></p><p>
The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission's Associate General Counsel will primarily be responsible for prosecuting administrative hearings against licensees on behalf of the Commission&rsquo;s Enforcement Division.    Under the guidance of Copy Managers, write marketing copy for all three Specialty Retail Brands across a variety of initiatives, ensuring alignment with creative and business objectives, with a focus on each brand&rsquo;s marketing strategies.

   Create omnichannel copy for promotions, paid social copy for seasonal campaigns, print and digital work for physical retail events, and much more.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct competitor research to keep a pulse on what other brands are doing to stay fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  </li>
  <li>
   Navigate feedback during meetings and project reviews, remaining objective, adaptable, and open to revisions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Turn collective feedback into actionable next steps, identifying opportunities to pivot and offering thoughtful solutions when needed.
  </li>

   Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintaining clear and professional communication with support from team managers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prioritize efficiency, creating and updating templates and LLM/AI prompts to produce work quickly and to our high standards.

  Who You Are:

   1+ year of experience in copywriting (can include internships).
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, advertising, public relations, marketing, or a related field.

   Proficiency with Google Suite, including Docs and Sheets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Enthusiasm for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  </li>

   Experience with LLM / GenAI tools a plus.
