Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a passionate, creative, and strategic District Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts at New York University. This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is excited to elevate the campus dining experience through innovative programming, data-driven insights, and meaningful campus partnerships.<br>
As the District Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll actively engage students, faculty, staff, and guests through social media, surveys, focus groups, and on-campus events to measure guest satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and introduce new concepts, menus, and service models.</p><p></p><p><b><br>

Supervise and direct all campus marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Chartwells and NYU goals<br>
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive annual marketing plans for campus dining operations<br>

Lead and collaborate with a diverse committee of NYU and Chartwells stakeholders</p><p><b>
Create &amp; Communicate</b></p><p>
Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging programming and on-campus events<br>
Create and distribute high-quality marketing collateral, including newsletters, promotional materials, and guest feedback tools<br>
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and the direction of the Director of Marketing and Guest Experience</p><p><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of three years of marketing experience, with higher education experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage large and diverse audiences</li><li>
Knowledge of merchandising strategies and promotional planning</li><li>
Exceptional writing and communication skills</li><li>
