WORK SCHEDULE 
This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule.
Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Hartford, CT | San Antonio, TX) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
Training Program:<ul><li>
Start Date: 5/4/2026</li><li>
Duration: 14 weeks (apx. End date of 7/31 performance-dependent).</li><li>
Please note that time off during training is not accommodated.</li></ul>
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6 pm Eastern
Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri 11:30-8 pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6 pm Eastern. For the weeks you work on Sunday, you will receive Thursday off.
To ensure consistency and meet business requirements, schedules are fixed for at least the first year of employment. After this period, opportunities for schedule adjustments may be considered based on business needs and operational priorities.
COMPENSATION
The hourly rate for this position is $23
We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000.
There is an opportunity to earn up to a 10% shift differential for the schedule, post-training.
An additional differential is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
2 + years of recent sales experience and comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections</li><li>
Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, Banking, highly preferred; Inbound sales experience a plus</li><li>
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day.</li><li>
Capability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable.</li><li>
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
This is a customer-facing role requiring your full attention. A distraction free environment is essential.</li><li>
High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload. Your Internet provider-supplied device must be hard-wired to the Hartford-issued router and/or computer. Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

 The CX Associate plays a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality customer support across multiple Hae CPG client brands. As part of our CX team, you&rsquo;ll manage day-to-day customer inquiries, resolve order and fulfillment issues, and ensure every customer interaction is clear, empathetic, and aligned with each brand&rsquo;s voice and policies.

 This role goes beyond ticket resolution. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with early-stage brands and providing exceptional customer experience. You&rsquo;ll identify patterns in customer feedback, surface operational friction points, and collaborate closely with CX and Operations leads to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance efficiency with care in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

 Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across designated support channels (primarily email and CRM-based ticketing), ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned communication. This could include reviews, chat, TikTok Shop etc.&nbsp;

 Own day-to-day ticket resolution, including order inquiries, shipping issues, delivery delays, returns, replacements, and general product questions
 </li>

 Troubleshoot order and fulfillment issues and escalating when necessary
 </li>

 Log, tag, and track recurring customer issues, trends, and friction points within the CRM and shared trackers&nbsp;
 </li>

 Collaborate closely with the CX Manager to surface patterns, flag emerging issues, and support operational updates
 </li>

 Follow established CX policies, macros, and SOPs while exercising sound judgment in nuanced or non-standard customer scenarios

 Requirements

 1+ years of experience in customer experience or customer support, preferably in a DTC, e-commerce, or startup environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of Gorgias, Shopify, and spreadsheet-based logging or trackers (Google Sheets preferred) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, including knowing when to escalate issues, flag risks, or ask for guidance
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high ticket volume without sacrificing quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working across multiple brands at once, each with distinct products, policies, tones, and customer expectations
 </li>

 Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to be clear, empathetic, and professional in a fully remote environment
 </li>

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues independently before escalating
