A day in the life...
As a Room Attendant, you will clean rooms in a timely manner, follows set procedures, uses the correct supplies, and stocks the housekeeping carts with supplies daily. Some time, you may be asked to assist with other duties in the houseperson duties and, on occasion, assist with light-duty maintenance work.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure that enough cleaning needs, equipment and amenities are available to properly clean each room.</li>
<li>Observes knocking procedures upon entering a guest room.</li>
<li>Cleans the guest rooms assigned. Ensures the amenities are stocked for each cleaned room. Completes entire housekeeping checklist.</li>
<li>Accurately marks clean rooms to supervisor for inspection.</li>
<li>Reports any damages or hazards that are present in guest rooms, i.e., burned out light bulbs, broken furniture, broken lights, etc.in Guestware or Housekeeping Coordinator</li>
<li>Secures guest room doors upon exiting the room.</li>
<li>Keeps the corridors and service area neat at all times.</li>
<li>Turns in all lost and found items and all guest room keys.</li>
<li>Adheres to all company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Follows safety and security procedures and rules.</li>
<li>Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures.</li>
<li>Utilizes protective equipment.</li>
<li>Reports unsafe conditions to management.</li>
<li>Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to management.</li>
<li>Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.</li>
<li>All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance. (Specific standards outlined in team member handbook).</li>
<li>Perform any related duties as requested by management.</li>

An Overnight Guest Services Agent is responsible for all overnight guest services. You will be the primary point of contact for guests at our lodging properties
Requirements:

Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>
You will be responsible for the daily operational tasks of the front desk. Greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts, and guest requests in a friendly, attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.</li><li>
Answering telephones and assisting guests by phone. Responding to software&rsquo;s from the in-room tablets and assisting guests by SMS or app. Responding in person to any guest calls and assisting to the guest&rsquo;s satisfaction which may include the occasional cleaning of bathrooms, making beds, plunging toilets, picking up trash, or assisting guests with luggage, and more.</li><li>
You will answer all incoming calls, assisting with any guest needs. Know the special features, amenities, and services of the properties and Pacific City area. Utilize various software to make reservations, communicate between departments and submit work orders to ensure that guest needs are delivered.</li></ul>
You will own this if you have...<ul><li><ul><li>Previous front desk/guest service experience in a hotel and/or resort setting preferred (not required).</li></ul></li><li>
Previous experience working alone and/or working overnight is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Must be available to work within the hours of 9pm to 7am. The &ldquo;typical&rdquo; shift of the OVGS team is 4 ten-hour days per week.</li><li>
