Essential duties and responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Communicate with internal and external customers, operations, marketing, and pipeline personnel on daily and monthly scheduled activities.</li><li>
Establish and maintain positive relationships with producers, marketers, pipelines, and various internal business owners.</li><li>
Managing daily transportation logistics and schedules for all NGL products and residue gas.</li><li>
Daily confirmations with point operators which can include rail, barge, trucks, and pipelines.</li><li>
Participating in the on-call rotation and ability to work weekend, evening, or holiday shifts when scheduled.</li><li>
Responding accurately and timely to customer inquiries concerning operations and/or contract requirements.</li><li>
Reviewing and monitoring customer contractual rights as defined by the contract.</li><li>
Monitor SCADA and give directions to gas control to ensure the pipeline is operating safe, efficiently, and environmentally responsible.</li><li>
Processing allocations of physical flow.</li><li>
Reviewing and monitoring quantities and qualities of various products being transported or delivered.</li><li>
Reconciliation and resolution of contractual imbalances on a daily and monthly basis.</li><li>
Analyze and fully understand complex change requests and resolve competing priorities.</li><li>
Ability to comprehend the entire workflow from contract creation to invoicing.</li><li>
Completing end of the month closing responsibilities.</li><li>
Following through to appropriate areas within the company concerning issues relating to all the above.</li><li>
Special projects and other daily, weekly, or monthly assignments as required.</li></ul>

</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred; equivalent related work experience may be considered as a substitute for a degree.</li></ul><p>
 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:</p><ul><li>
Minimum of 3-5 years in NGL scheduling or a related role preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience in a customer service position where complex concepts are conveyed using various communication tools within a limited time-frame.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload in fast paced and frequently changing environment.</li><li>
Ability to balance competing priorities while working in tight and changing deadlines.</li><li>
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Must be detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish relationships and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Working in a team environment as well as working autonomously with limited direct supervision.</li><li>
Use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>
Experience with the DART system or equivalent transactional data systems is a plus.</li><li>
Experience or knowledge of rich gas systems is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to read various documents; electronic and paper.</li><li>
Ability to work in office environment at a workstation, usually sitting, for long periods of time.</li><li>
Ability to work remotely (telecommute), if required.</li><li>
Employee must be physically capable of completing and satisfying all training requirements as stipulated by local, state or federal agencies and/or Company Policy.</li><li>
