 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Outbound Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the US and UK to pitch products/services and generate qualified leads or direct sales.
 
 
 Lead Qualification &amp; Nurturing: Identify customer needs, address pain points, handle objections effectively, and present tailored solutions.
 
 
 Pipeline Management: Maintain and update customer records, call outcomes, and lead statuses using our CRM system.
 
 
 Closing Deals: Walk prospects through the decision-making process and close sales over the phone.
 
 
 Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Market Knowledge:
 
 Adapt communication styles to resonate with both North American and British cultural norms and business etiquette.
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills in English (a neutral or native-sounding accent for US/UK markets is strongly preferred).
 
 
 Experience: 3 Years of proven experience in international outbound call centers, B2B/B2C telesales, or cold calling. (Freshers with exceptional English fluency are welcome to apply).
 
 
 Work Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work standard US (Night Shift) or UK (Afternoon Shift) operational hours.
