<li>Manage par stock levels for parts and materials; coordinate purchasing and requisitions as needed.</li>
<li>Handle a range of maintenance tasks: lighting, lock and key systems, kitchen and restaurant equipment, minor construction, wall and furniture touch-ups, and more.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the People &amp; Culture team to support a healthy, engaged work environment.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all safety systems and regulatory requirements.</li>

EXPERIENCE WE&rsquo;RE SEEKING
<ul>
<li>Previous hotel maintenance/engineering experience in a supervisory or management role.</li>
<li>High school diploma required; trade school certification preferred.</li>
<li>High-rise Fire Safety, CFC, and chemical testing certifications.</li>
<li>Deep proficiency across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, boiler/chiller systems, locksmith work, welding, and carpentry.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation.</li>
<li>Strong documentation habits and comfort with MS Office and similar platforms.</li>
<li>A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure.</li>
