Continuously monitoring flights and communicating any gate changes, delays, early arrivals or cancellations to the client.</li><li>
Assist client print boarding pass if necessary.</li><li>
 Become familiar with all airport amenities such as restaurants, services, retail locations and airline ticket counters, gate information, and the quickest route from point A to point B.</li><li>
Develop and maintain professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines within the airport.</li><li>
Exhibit upmost confidentiality with clients and client information.</li><li>
Maintain strict adherence to escorting protocol within the airport.</li><li>

Computer skills: </b>Airport Butler Concierge will be required to use Airport Butler app to track to track the start and end time of a greet.</li><li><b>
Problem-solving skills: </b>Airport Concierge may be called upon to offer clients other lounge and/amenities options has necessary.
</li><li><b>Time management skills: </b>Airport Butler must be able to manage their time to effectively complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
Must own smartphone with a mobile operating system and be willing to download apps required by AGI/Airport Butler for operational and data privacy purposes &ndash; partial reimbursement of service plan will be paid monthly</li><li>
High proficiency of computer and smartphone skills, including smartphone applications.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and communication skills.</li><li>
Must be willing to work flexible schedule morning, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the operation.</li><li>
Must wear company uniform as outlined and conform to all grooming standards.</li><li>
Must after training, be able to efficiently use Airport Butler&rsquo;s automated reservation system, scheduling application, and communication technology.</li></ul><p></p><p>

<p>
Under direct supervision, performs basic cleaning duties. Pursuant to the State of Texas Executive Order No. GA-48, this position researches, works on, or has access to critical infrastructure and requires the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the University infrastructure. This position requires personnel be routinely reviewed to determine whether or not criminal history or continuous connections for the government or political apparatus of a foreign adversary might prevent the employee from being able to maintain the security or integrity of the infrastructure.</p>
<p>
1. Sweeps, mops and scrubs floors, stairs and other surfaces inside and outside buildings.</p>
<p>
2. Vacuums carpet in offices, rooms and public areas; scrubs, strips, waxes, and buffs floors using powered scrubber and buffer; shampoos carpet and rugs using shampooing machine.</p>
<p>
3. Empties wastebaskets, pencil sharpeners, smoking urns, ashtrays, etc. into containers or plastic bags; replaces liners in wastebaskets; places trash in collection area for removal.</p>
<p>
4. Wipes, dusts and/or polishes furniture, fixtures, glass doors and windows, door trims, etc.</p>
<p>
5. Wipes and scrubs sinks, toilets and tiles; removes supplies from janitorial closet and replenishes soaps, towels, toilet paper, etc.</p>
<p>
6. Notifies appropriate supervisor of potential safety and maintenance issues and when supplies and materials need to be replenished.</p>
<p>
7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</p>
<p>
MQ: Requires the ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions as might normally be acquired through up to 8 years of formal schooling.</p>
<p>
No experience is required.</p>
