The Role</b></h3><p>
As a Go-To-Market Engineer, you will help build and scale our AI-native revenue engine. This role is at the intersection of growth, automation, and engineering. You will design and ship AI-powered workflows that generate qualified pipeline, remove friction across the customer journey, and help our marketing team operate with leverage through automation.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll play a key role in developing a centralized marketing AI agent trained on our content, messaging, product knowledge, and performance data &mdash; enabling rapid creation of ads, social content, blogs, and creative assets with consistency and quality.</p><p>
This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering. The right candidate will combine systems thinking with hands-on execution and a bias toward shipping.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Build and ship AI-powered GTM workflows that generate qualified sales pipeline across outbound, inbound, and lifecycle channels</p></li><li><p>
Design and maintain a centralized marketing AI agent trained on company content, competitive intel, messaging, and performance data to accelerate content creation and campaign execution</p></li><li><p>
Own key GTM automation systems end-to-end, including prospecting workflows, enrichment, lead routing, scoring, and reporting</p></li><li><p>
Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to identify friction in the customer journey and implement scalable solutions</p></li><li><p>
Design, test, and iterate on growth experiments, creating measurable feedback loops to improve conversion and pipeline efficiency</p></li><li><p>

Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><p>
5+ years of experience in GTM systems, growth engineering, revenue operations, marketing automation, or a related technical role within B2B SaaS</p></li><li><p>
Strong hands-on experience building automation using APIs, webhooks, LLMs, and modern GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, data enrichment platforms)</p></li><li><p>
Comfort working with technical systems including JSON payloads, APIs, and basic SQL for validation or analysis</p></li><li><p>
Proven ability to translate ambiguous GTM challenges into shipped, measurable improvements</p></li><li><p>
Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems that drive business impact</p></li><li><p>
Strong systems thinking and the ability to design scalable, repeatable infrastructure</p></li><li><p>

Compensation</b></h3><p>
We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance, and additional benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time, in-person role in New York is $180,000 - $250,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are based on location, level, and role. Individual compensation is determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
