Strong audio finishing skills, including mixing dialogue, music, and sound effects</li><li>
Working knowledge of cameras, codecs, frame rates, file formats, and delivery specifications across platforms</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical and editorial issues and propose effective solutions</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, with consistently high standards for visual and editorial quality</li><li>
Ability to interpret creative direction, craft compelling narratives, and execute polished final edits</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization across timelines, assets, and versions</li><li>
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with distributed teams</li><li>
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in post-production environments</li><li>
Position is based out of our office in Richmond, VA; applicants must be willing and able to fulfill the role in person</li><li>
