 Investment Evaluation &amp; Due Diligence:
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist in evaluating acquisition targets and development opportunities by conducting financial, operational, and commercial analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, etc.).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Financial Modeling &amp; Valuation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess potential investments, forecast returns, and conduct sensitivity analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare valuation assessments using methodologies such as DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Strategic Planning:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the development of business plans and investment strategies aligned with the company&rsquo;s long-term objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing board and investment committee materials, strategic presentations, and executive reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Portfolio Monitoring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track the performance of existing investments and prepare periodic performance and KPI reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and recommend optimization and value creation opportunities within the portfolio.
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; a Master&rsquo;s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or related roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, or healthcare is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools or databases (e.g., PitchBook, Bloomberg, Capital IQ) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with international teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English (verbal &amp; written), French is a plus.
 </li>
