Role</div>
We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to cover U.S. leveraged loan situations across the credit lifecycle. This role sits within a team of sixteen analysts covering both performing and distressed credits and will contribute directly to the team's research coverage.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience covering primary and performing credits or distressed debt and restructuring situations. The analyst will be responsible for publishing high-quality credit research reports with actionable investment ideas, focusing on fundamental credit analysis, relative value analysis, liability management, and valuation.

The role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our legal and cross-functional research teams to produce differentiated, cross-disciplinary analysis for our subscribers, which include leading institutional asset managers, hedge funds, investment banks, trading desks, and financial and legal advisors.

This position also involves regular client interaction, including discussing research insights and market developments with subscribers.

Analyst or Associate in ECM Origination will support and partner with senior members to help deliver solutions and best execution that bring to bear the full breadth of Bank of America&rsquo;s capital markets capabilities</li><li>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Preparing presentation and marketing materials</li><li>
Execution of both transaction and origination/marketing projects</li><li>
Producing comprehensive analysis pertaining to clients, transactions and market events</li><li>
Follow market and sector trends closely to ensure client materials reflect current backdrop</li><li>
Partner with colleagues in investment banking industry groups to model and refine the solutions considered and presented to clients</li><li>
Work closely with internal constituents, lawyers and representatives from other investment banks in the context of deal execution</li><li>
Managing several projects at once and working effectively as an individual and as part of a team</li><li>
Anticipate senior banker needs ahead of planned client meetings, and prepare materials accordingly</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Prior or current investment banking or capital markets relevant experience (1-3 years for Analyst &amp; 3-5 years for Associate)</li><li>
