 M&amp;A Services Associate will possess the following qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,
 </li>
 <li>
 Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Finance is considered an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3-4 years of corporate finance/due diligence/valuation experience with prime strength in Turkish M&amp;A projects,
 </li>
 <li>
 Valuation and modelling abilities are an asset,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven originator and team player with sound judgement and initiative taking ability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating effectively with all levels of engagement management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing excellent professional oral and written communication skills in order to establish working relationships with client personnel,

 Performing financial analysis, financial modelling and valuation for M&amp;A transactions,

 Drafting information memorandums and other marketing documents for potential transactions,

 Conducting industry, market, company-specific and potential investors research,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating data room during due diligence process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in the development of client pitch presentations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching various industry specific and technical issues,
 </li>
 <li>
 Researching M&amp;A market issues and identify market opportunities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as a brand ambassador with peers and colleagues to support attraction of top talent,
