 Management of the store target by constantly monitoring sales performances through the main KPIs analysis, establishing and implementing specific action plans in cooperation with the Area Manager;

 Guide the team to achieve commercial targets, granting customer satisfaction and the respect of the qualitative standards and the brand&rsquo;s strategy;

 Make sure the store staff always implements the best-selling ceremony including up-selling and cross-selling and guide the team to introduce all co-creation services as a key element of the Client Experience;

 Enhance customer satisfaction and ensure that strong customer relationships are built, through constant follow up with the team, by listening to client feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building personalized experiences;
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with our local community and act as a Brand Ambassador aimed to enlarge the network to acquire new customers and consolidate loyal customers. Drive database development, and ensure that clients are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling;
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Omni channel sales in a fast-paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of the most relevant industry and market trends suggesting opportunities/initiatives to the Area Manager with the aim of improving sales;

 Convey the brand&rsquo;s vision and heritage to colleagues and clients, representing its values and sharing with the team helpful insight about iconic products/elements;

 <li>
 Ensure the right store merchandising assortment in terms of product offer according to the market and clients&rsquo; needs providing prompt feedback to Area Management and Buying Team;

 Is responsible to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, and ensuring that products are displayed accordingly with the brand's image and standards to boost sales;

 Attract, manage, develop, inspire, motivate, and empower the team, demonstrating empathy, by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development;

 <li>
 Plan and conduct daily and weekly in store briefings to motivate the team, set objectives and show how to reach them;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and inspire the new staff throughout the onboarding experience;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the staff grooming and uniform respect the Brand guidelines;
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee staffing for all open positions, working closely with the Area Manager and HR to ensure that all recruits meet the company standards in terms of skills, experience and potential;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the employee performance development process and constantly provide feedback, suggesting corrective measures if needed, always granting a positive work environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and coordinate all store activities to ensure the smooth execution of operational and stock management tasks, as well as the achievement of predetermined objectives, with a particular focus on SOP (Standard Operation Procedure);
 </li>
 <li>
 Make sure corporate rules and regulations, concerning business, governance, Compliance (GDPR) and Health &amp; Safety are put in place;
 </li>
 <li>
 Adopt IT and digital commercial tools and systems (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) and make sure the staff is well trained and prepared.

 The mail arrives. You sort through it while dealing with a whole host of other customer requests, remembering to email the customer from earlier to let him know his package is waiting for him in his mailbox. And that&rsquo;s lunch.
 
 
 Early afternoon, you sit down with the Community Manager to discuss the organisation of next week&rsquo;s networking event. You plan and write the invites to customers, then create, print and put up posters on the noticeboards around the centre.
