Job Description 
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is rolling out a new program under the AECOM/NYCHA Comprehensive Modernization Program team, that will address damage sustained in 2021 from Hurricane Ida across multiple impacted NYCHA sites. One of the first IDA projects is Leavitt-Latimer-Watson comprised of 2 developments in Queens and 1 development in the Bronx for a total of 6 buildings under a single design-build contract of approximately $90-96M value. The scope will implement a variety of flood mitigation strategies to prevent future flooding, electrify heating and hot water systems using heat pump technologies, as well as plumbing-related repairs with kitchen and bathroom renovations and elevator replacement at one site.
We are looking for a NY/NJ architect with the following flood mitigation experience to lead the development of the design criteria for procurement, and oversee the design implementation during Design-Build for this new IDA program:<ul><li>
Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.</li><li>
Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.</li><li>
Generally, requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of architecture.</li><li>

About the Role:
We are seeking a technically-driven Data Analyst with expertise in SQL to architect and execute data transformations for our Medicaid initiatives. This role is not just about analyzing data&mdash;it&rsquo;s about building the robust, scalable SQL infrastructure that translates complex claims and HRSN data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for turning &quot;messy&quot; administrative data into clean, analysis-ready datasets that drive health equity for all New Yorkers.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Advanced SQL Development: Architect complex SQL queries and stored procedures to perform high-volume data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation. You will help build and maintain the department&rsquo;s primary codebase, ensuring efficiency when working with millions of records.</li><li>
Data Pipeline &amp; ETL Optimization: Develop automated workflows to detect and address data quality issues. You will be one of the &quot;owners&quot; of data readiness, ensuring that Medicaid claims and other administrative data are structured for rapid analysis.</li><li>
