REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelors Degree or Higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration</li><li>
6&ndash;10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience</li><li>
Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards</li><li>
Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations</li><li>
Wholesale or distribution industry experience, preferably in food/grocery or related industries</li><li>
Proven leadership and management experience</li><li>

<div>WPM is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Wabash Manor and Sequoia Manor.
 The Service Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule and manage contractors and vendors, handle work orders and apartment turns, and ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly. Previous residential maintenance management experience is required. 
 $29.00 per hour, based on experience 
 Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 AM&ndash;5:30 PM, with 24/7 on-call availability<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance</li><li>
Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes</li><li>
Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates</li><li>
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs</li><li>
Coordinate and schedule contractors, vendors, and third-party services</li><li>
Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life</li><li>
Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress</li><li>

Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</h3><ul><li>
