<div>Position Purpose:
The Inventory Analyst works within Supply Chain/Merchandising, and is responsible for partnering with merchants to develop and implement inventory strategies that maximize sales and inventory productivity for a merchandising category. To maximize sales and inventory productivity, it is critical that the Analyst maintain the appropriate in-stock positions and manage inventory in the most effective manner across both stores and SKUs. 25% &ndash; Strategic Program Support &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration: Support key labor initiatives by partnering with internal teams, HR, Finance, and field leadership to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insight delivery. Translate complex data into clear narratives that influence decisions at all organizational levels.</li><li>
20% &ndash; Dashboard &amp; Reporting Development: Design, build and maintain business dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that track key labor and operational KPIs. Ensure consistency, accuracy and usability for end users across levels of technical fluency. Support ongoing enhancements and scalability of reporting tools.</li><li>
10% &ndash; Process Improvement &amp; Technical Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, optimize data workflows, and enhance how insights are delivered to stakeholders. Recommend and prototype new solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.</li><li>
10% &ndash; Mentorship &amp; Collaboration: Share technical knowledge and best practices with junior analysts. Build subject matter expertise and contribute to team documentation, standards, and learning.</li></ul>

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li><li>

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>

Advanced Skills in: SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Python, VBA, and/or similar tools with a demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills and programs</li><li>
Work experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or comparable database systems</li><li>
Prior direct experience in analyzing the relevant subject matter (e.g. Supply Chain, Labor, Operations, etc.)</li><li>
Background in project management and cost/benefit analysis.</li><li>
Familiarity with Labor Management or Workforce Management applications</li><li>
Experience with Six Sigma or other Process Improvement Methodolog</li></ul>
